Espresso Urbano by Sambalatte is now pouring inside Pkwy Tavern at 450 S. Rampart Blvd. in Tivoli Village after the Boca Park coffee house closed late August following about 16 years. Coffee and drinks come from Espresso Urbano while food stays on the Pkwy side, and the counter is listed at 7 a.m.–2 p.m. daily.
Swig’s third Las Vegas Valley dirty-soda shop is open at 7321 N. Aliante Parkway, Suite 100 in North Las Vegas (opened Thu Sep 24, 2026). Chef D.J. Flores is planning Milpa Dos, a second Milpa, for late October at 10624 S. Eastern Ave., Suite R in Henderson. The room is framed at about 60 seats (roughly double the Durango original), with coffee and a bar program, more tostadas and ceviches, house pan dulce, and special-menu dinners still taking shape. Coach Coffee Shop is opening soon inside the Coach store at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, 785 S. Grand Central Parkway, Suite 2111.
