Bang Bar's last day in Cosmo Block 16 Urban Food Hall is Oct 4, 2026. The flagship Momofuku at Cosmo stays open, and Momofuku plus China Palace Group have a new concept planned for that space in 2027. Bang Bar opened in Apr 2021 with flatbreads, wraps, and rice bowls.
Amici opens Sep 18, 2026 at 11 a.m. in the old Mulberry Street Pizzeria space at Resorts World (Mulberry closed Sep 14). It's RW-owned, with 22-inch NY pies by the slice or whole plus Detroit-style, and you can also order it at RedTail and in-room. Hours in the RJ story: Thu 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–4 a.m., and Sun–Mon 11 a.m.–10 p.m.
Hello Kitty Cafe opens Sep 18, 2026 at 11 a.m. on Forum Shops Floor 2 near the spiral escalators (3500 Las Vegas Blvd S), about 3,400 sq ft. The Bow Room runs 90-minute tea with reservations through Sanrio (tea seating daily 9 a.m.–6 p.m.), and the cafe is Sun–Thu 9 a.m.–9 p.m. and Fri–Sat 9 a.m.–10 p.m.
Cobra Clutch is open in the Arts District from the Nocturno team, with about 24 seats, no reservations, and cocktails and slushies on the list. Food isn't ready yet (a fried chicken sandwich is coming), so treat it as a bar for now.
Black Bear Diner is targeting the end of October 2026 for its first North Las Vegas location at 4388 W Craig Rd. Soft date, so no pinned day yet.
Rally's is coming to 4360 W Craig Rd in North Las Vegas in fall 2026, drive-thru and walk-up with no indoor seating, right near that Black Bear cluster.
Mon Ami Gabi's Tour de France wine dinner is Sep 24, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Paris Las Vegas for $165/person (+ tax/tip), with Chef Vincent Pouessel and wine director Alex Myerchin.
