El Cortez is planning Alex Prime and a reimagined Siegel’s 1941 for mid-October 2026. Alex Prime is slated for daily service from 5 p.m., while Siegel’s is slated for 7 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; El Cortez has not announced the exact opening day.
Diner Ross at The LINQ is heading into its final service, with reservations available through Sep 26, 2026. It’s at 3535 Las Vegas Blvd, so there’s still time to make one last steakhouse stop before the Spiegelworld restaurant closes.
