French Riviera Le Bistro opens downtown tomorrow

SoCal tavern's first valley spot opens Mon Sep 21 at 11am, and the first 200 dine-in guests get a hat. Town Square Finney's is coming later, so don't mix up the openings.

Chef Tyler Vorce's Durango Social Club pop-up goes permanent at Green Leaf Lotus on Oct 8, with dinner Tue–Sat 5:30–9:30pm. The lounge is walk-in.

Stix Asia's first three UnCommons tenants are Ginza Bairin (tonkatsu), Ramen Bario, and Nanamusubi, with a winter 2026 target.

Henderson's SMKD is putting a BBQ cart on the T-Mobile Arena upper concourse for event days only, while the home spot stays at 10895 S Eastern Ste 130. The arena menu's its own thing, and no cart hours are posted yet.

East-valley BBQ is wrapping after six years, with a last day of Sep 26, so go if that's your brisket stop.

Last day is Oct 2, then they move to a pop-up (location TBA). If you're already going during closing week, merch is a $100 tote or $150 for tote plus tee.

Lotus, Naxos Taverna, and the Red Rock oyster bar are out after Oct 29, and Station picks up the oyster bar Oct 30. Flamingo Rd and Commercial Center Lotus stay open.

Revelry by Chef's Table at Wynn runs Sep 18–20, and it's sold out, so don't hunt tickets.

Four days of cocktails across the Strip (21+), with opening night Thu Sep 24 at ARIA's Yucca Pool with Jean-Georges. Sammy Hagar and Shaq are special guests.

Happy hour runs Mon–Thu 4–6pm with six food picks at $12 and wells, draft wine, or draft beer at $9. There's also $1 oysters on Wed, Martini Mondays ($7 select, all day), bottles $100 or under half off Mondays, and bottomless brunch at $25/person Sat–Sun. They're already open, so these are the deals to know.

At the Forum Shops, Pit Stop Lunch runs Mon–Fri noon–3pm with an entrée, side, and drink for $15.99. Think burgers, sandwiches, and flatbreads.
