JING in Downtown Summerlin has a new brunch menu from Corporate Executive Chef Thomas Griese, served Sundays 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu mixes brunch plates like ube buttermilk pancakes, a pumpkin-spiced croissant doughnut, whipped burrata toast, a breakfast steak burger and shrimp and grits with JING's sushi and raw bar, and bottomless mimosas are $29. Once a month brunch turns into a themed Party Brunch with a DJ, and the next one is a Halloween party on Sun Oct 25 with a costume contest and a $1,000 first prize. JING opened here in 2019 as the brand's third location and its first in Nevada, and it still runs happy hour daily from 3 to 6 p.m. Book online or call 702-333-1512.
