Now Serving: Michael Mina’s $295 Autumn Harvest tasting at Bellagio

Michael Mina at Bellagio, 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, has launched Conservatory Dining, a tasting menu inside the restaurant that changes five times a year to follow the seasonal displays in the conservatory next door. The current Autumn Harvest Tasting Menu runs 10 courses for $295 plus tax and tip, with a wine pairing at $150, a premium pairing at $300 and a new zero-proof cocktail pairing at $95. Expect a tiny Dutch baby pancake topped with Daurenki caviar and Bosc pear purée, lobster with shaved fuyu persimmon and ginger-chili water, and duck three ways with seared foie gras and pumpkin velouté. It’s served Wed–Sat, 5–9:30 p.m., the regular à la carte menu stays, and you can book through Bellagio or at 702-693-7111. If you’d rather eat inside the display itself, The Garden Table in the conservatory serves a separate Michael Mina dinner for $210 (reservations required, 702-693-7075), and a holiday tasting menu is due in mid-November.
