Cliff House Grill is now open as of Friday, Oct 2, 2026, at Wynn Golf Club, looking out over the 18th green on the Strip side of Wynn Las Vegas. It sits inside the new two-level Cliff House clubhouse (pro shop, locker rooms, player’s lounge, rooftop tee), and executive chef Patricia Gamez is running an American clubhouse breakfast and lunch menu with afternoon shareables and sunset cocktails. Locals, golfers, and resort guests are all welcome, so you do not need a tee time to eat there. Hours are Sun–Thu 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. and Fri–Sat 9:30 a.m.–7 p.m., with the all-day menu daily from 9:30 a.m.–3 p.m. and small bites after that until close. Dress is resort casual, and reservations are up on the Wynn dining page if you want a table over the green without fighting the casino floor.

Coming Soon: Category 10 at Flamingo on Oct 15

Category 10 (Luke Combs / Opry Entertainment Group) sets a hard open for Thursday, Oct 15, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Flamingo Las Vegas, 3555 S Las Vegas Blvd. The three-story room runs about 34,000 sq ft and about 800 seats, with Hurricane Hall for dining and the stage, The Still bourbon lounge, The Eye rooftop, and a Hurricane Bar walk-up on the LINQ/Blvd side. Opening weekend includes a Dingo boots raffle for the first 50 guests on Oct 15 and free line dancing plus performances through that Sunday, so put it on the mid-Strip calendar if you want the live-music dining debut.

Coming Soon: Bojangles at LINQ Promenade on Oct 7

Bojangles opens to the public at The LINQ Promenade on Wednesday, Oct 7, 2026, at 5:00 a.m., in the old AmeriCAN Beer & Cocktails box at 3535 S Las Vegas Blvd. It is the first Bojangles with a full bar and live entertainment, and the brand says the Vegas-area menu stays boneless-focused (chicken biscuits, tenders, sandwiches, all-day breakfast, sides, and Bo-Berry milkshakes), with bone-in chicken not on the board here. That makes it a mid-Strip chicken-and-breakfast stop with a bar attached, if you are already walking the Promenade.

Coming Soon: TENSHOU Collection at BLVD on Oct 23

TENSHOU Collection is targeting Friday, Oct 23, 2026, for its U.S. debut at BLVD Las Vegas, 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd, with six counter-only Japanese concepts under one roof plus Tokyo cocktail bar Bar Centifolia. The counters are Sushi Koma, Teruzushi, Jotaki, Suzutashiki, Numata, and Torien, and Tock pages are already live for several of those rooms if you want to chase a seat. Official hours are still TBA and not every counter is live-bookable yet (Suzutashiki is still framed as opening soon in the PR), so treat Oct 23 as the target open and watch Tock closer to that date.

Coming Soon: Circus Circus Big Top Food Court reboot

Circus Circus is lining up a mid-October reopen for the Big Top Food Court with seven original concepts from Ravelo Brands (the same group behind Chicho’s Tacos on property): SunnyStart, Anthony’s Deli & Sandwich Co., Parkway Burger, Miliana’s Italian Kitchen, Dragon 88, Chixies, and Salt & Batter. The names come from posted signage and a Circus Circus rep via Vital Vegas, and the property’s dine page does not list those seven yet, so keep the window soft until a hard day lands. Once it does, it is a north-Strip value-food-court stop worth watching if you eat that end of the boulevard.
