Aroma Latin American Cocina is running a Late Night Menu Fridays and Saturdays from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at 3355 Spring Mountain Rd, Unit 35, so Chinatown finally has a hard, priced food window after dinner from chef Steve Kestler’s kitchen. Aroma moved from Green Valley into this Spring Mountain room earlier this year, and dinner still runs Tue–Sat 5–9 p.m. before the late bites take over. Late-night plates include Chinatown Ceviche $19, eight tacos at $5 each, Carne Cruda Fries $18, Papitas al Chimi $10, and a Cubano $18. Call (702) 683-4135 if you want a heads-up before you roll in.
