Shang Artisan Noodle opens its fifth Las Vegas shop on Monday, Sep 28, 2026, at 11 a.m. at 6491 N. Durango Drive, Suite 140 in Centennial Hills, so northwest locals finally get a closer pull on those handmade Shan-Xi noodles without the longer drive across town. The brand built its name on hand-pulled and knife-shaved bowls (dan dan with pickled vegetables, pork rib soup, pork belly, wok-tossed chow mein), and the Centennial room joins existing shops on W. Flamingo, S. Maryland Pkwy, Eat Your Heart Out at Durango, and downtown on Las Vegas Blvd South. Regular hours and menu prices for the new suite were not posted on the brand site yet, so treat 11 a.m. Monday as the hard open window and check the site or Instagram before you go.

The official site lists planned hours of Sun–Thu 11 a.m.–11 p.m. and Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–midnight (subject to change), with reservations at (725) 222-7711, and Parekh has talked up scratch pub fare plus modern American plates like Kerala-spiced fried chicken. Exact open day is still soft, so treat mid-October as the window and watch the site for a hard date.

Sunset Road, Suite 150, across from Harry Reid International Airport, with coffee and house pastries in the morning, lunch pastas and salads, and dinner steaks and seafood plus craft cocktails and wine. Mike and Kristi Austin are building it with restaurateur Matthew Silverman and Chef Matthew Piekarski, and the official site already lists (702) 760-8850 plus a pet-friendly patio aimed at layover hangs and neighborhood nights.
